About Candyce

Candyce Herron is a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. She is based in Orland Park serving buyers and sellers in several communities throughout Chicagoland.

Candyce has a vast range of professional experience. She spent many years in the education field as a teacher in physics, math, and special education. Her experience as a teacher drove her to further serve her community by being elected as a Village Trustee in her town.  

Additionally, she worked as a property manager and earned a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Specialist certification. This gave her the foundation necessary to start a property management consulting business and a full-service staging and cleaning business.
